Refund and Returns Policy

At Next Business Media, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our world-class events, including AgriNext Conference, AINext, ESGNext, Energy Evolution Conference, Future Leaders Conclave, Future Climate Forum, and others.

Your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for requesting refunds on event registrations, sponsorships, exhibitor packages, and related services. All requests are subject to review and approval.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under specific conditions, based on the time remaining before the event start date. Refunds apply only to the original purchaser and are processed to the original payment method.

• More than 60 days before the event: Full refund (100% of registration fee), minus any non-refundable processing fees (typically 5-10% or a flat fee of USD50, whichever is higher).

• 30-60 days before the event: 75% refund of the registration fee.

• Less than 30 days before the event: No cash refunds; option to transfer to a future Next Business Media event within 12 months (subject to availability) or receive a 50% credit toward future events/services.

• No-shows or cancellations after event start: No refunds or credits.

Special Cases:

• Event Cancellation or Postponement by Next Business Media: Full refund or credit to a rescheduled event at your option.

• Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions): Credit to a future event (100% value) or refund at 75% (minus processing fees).

• Delegate Substitution: Allowed up to 7 days before the event at no extra cost (notify co*****@***************ia.com with details).

2. How to Request a Refund

1. Submit a written request via email to co*****@***************ia.com or through your registration portal account.

2. Include: Full name, order/registration number, event name, cancellation date, and reason.

3. Requests must be received within the eligibility window above.

4. We process approved refunds within 10-15 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Processing and transaction fees (e.g., payment gateway charges).

• Add-ons like printed materials, VIP access, or recordings (unless bundled and eligible).

• Group bookings: Each registration treated individually.

• Promotional/discounted rates: Refunds prorated based on original discounted amount.

4. Group Bookings and Sponsorships/Exhibitors

• Groups (5+ registrations): 50% refund window extended to 45 days prior; contact us for custom arrangements.

• Sponsorships/Exhibitors: Custom terms apply per contract. Generally, 50% refund if >90 days prior; no refunds within 90 days. Review your agreement for details.

5. Other Services
